Stride Property

Formerly DNZ, Stride Property is a NZX listed investor and manager of New Zealand commercial, retail and industrial real estate. Due to changes in its portfolio and confidence in its future direction, it was clear that a new brand strategy and identity was required to help fuel its growth.

Our team developed a new name, Stride, to encompass a refreshed brand strategy that puts people firmly at the centre of the Stride operating model. 

A new wordmark and brand patterns were created to reference the shapes and forms seen in property and master planning, as well as a bold purple colour palette — differentiating Stride from other players in the market.

Following the creation of the Stride brand, we delivered stakeholder engagement communications, annual reports, environmental graphics, corporate communications, and a refreshed website.
